Thaleia.ai provides AI-powered agricultural decision-support tools, including satellite-derived analysis and fertilization mapping.

2. No Agronomic Warranty

The service is a decision-support tool only and does not replace certified agronomic advice. Users remain solely responsible for agricultural decisions.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
• You may cancel at any time.
• Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

• No unlawful use
• No reverse engineering
• No misuse of messaging systems
• You must have lawful rights to uploaded geospatial data

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, algorithms, branding, and design remain the exclusive property of Thaleia.ai. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thaleia.ai shall not be liable for crop loss, yield reduction, indirect damages, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of satellite imagery or continuous availability.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
